Booking fee is non-refundable. However, it is transferrable subject to availability.

Once balloons are in the possession of the client, they are no longer our responsibility.

Latex allergies must be declared before booking. 

Balloons are hazardous to children. Risk of choking. Please do not leave children unsupervised around balloons or any set up.

Balloons are delicate. Please avoid letting children play/ sharp objects near balloons.
